What Is Development – Life Skills?
This service supports participants in learning and strengthening the skills they need to manage daily tasks, interact with others, and actively participate in their community. It is designed to increase your independence, self-esteem, and quality of life over time.

Cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, and basic home maintenance.
Communication & Social Skills -
Conversation techniques, social cues, and building positive relationships.
Money Handling & Budgeting -
Understanding money, budgeting for daily expenses, and managing bills.

Creating daily schedules, setting reminders, and balancing work, rest, and fun.
Travel & Road Safety Skills -
Learning to travel independently using public transport or walking safely in the community.
